Gladys "Anne" Sharpe, 69, of Eaton, passed away Sunday, March 29, 2015 at North Colorado Medical Center in Greeley. Anne was born on September 17, 1945 in San Jose, California to Alfred Christopher and Anna Margaret (Free) Parker.

Gladys was raised in Texas and moved to the Greeley/Eaton area in 1969, where she has lived ever since.

In 1972, she married Glenn Sharpe at The Salvation Army in Greeley. Gladys was an avid reader and enjoyed gardening and raising chickens. She was the glue of her family and a great cook, especially...

Gladys "Anne" Sharpe, 69, of Eaton, passed away Sunday, March 29, 2015 at North Colorado Medical Center in Greeley. Anne was born on September 17, 1945 in San Jose, California to Alfred Christopher and Anna Margaret (Free) Parker.

Gladys was raised in Texas and moved to the Greeley/Eaton area in 1969, where she has lived ever since.

In 1972, she married Glenn Sharpe at The Salvation Army in Greeley. Gladys was an avid reader and enjoyed gardening and raising chickens. She was the glue of her family and a great cook, especially her meals of roast beef and green beans on Sundays.

Gladys is survived by her husband, Glenn; two daughters, Angie (John) Epperson and Dawn (Kevin) McCann; two brothers, Alfred Christopher II and Don Lomax; five grandchildren, Rachael, Meredith and Sarah Epperson and Haven and Mason Edwinson; four great-grandchildren, Beau Cochran, Eli Epperson, Jackson Epperson-VanDenBerg and Sam Sparks, Jr. and numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents and brothers, Stephen Parker and Harmon Parker.

A Celebration of Life service will be at 5:00 p.m. Thursday, April 2, 2015 at The Salvation Army, 1119 6th Street, Greeley.
